One thing worth saying plainly, because it saves a conversation later: everything we sell is domestic play equipment. It is not certified for unsupervised use in a public playground, and if that is what you need, we are not the right supplier.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, and the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. A quote across several lines is usually better than several separate ones, because the delivery works out differently.
- Timing. If you need it by a date, say so at the quote stage. Our normal handling is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is 7 to 10 days, and we will tell you honestly whether a date is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.
