Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and fabric prints and moulded colours vary a little between batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Installation guidance is general
Any setup guidance on this site, including where to site a swing or a frame and what to put underneath it, is general advice. Gardens vary. You are responsible for checking that a branch, beam or wall is sound before you hang anything from it, for providing a safe surface under equipment children can fall from, and for following the manufacturer's own instructions. Nothing we sell removes the need for an adult to supervise young children at play, and the age ranges and weight limits on each page are limits rather than targets.
