They can. For logistical reasons items in the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, so a partial delivery is not a missing item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, up until it ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, so if you need to change or cancel one, email theteam@customersupport.care within 12 hours and we will stop it if we still can.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 15 days from purchase to return this balance bike for an exchange or a refund, which is one day longer than the 14 days the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you. It needs to be in its original packaging and you need your receipt or order confirmation. Return postage is yours to cover.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us straight away at theteam@customersupport.care with a photograph if you can. Damaged items and items with parts missing are dealt with by our support team, and you do not pay to send a faulty item back.
What if I am sent the wrong item?
Email theteam@customersupport.care as soon as you notice. If what arrived is not what you ordered we will put it right, and the cost of that is ours rather than yours.
What if my order does not arrive at all?
Let us know at theteam@customersupport.care. We can chase the courier with the tracking number and sort out a replacement or a refund if the parcel is genuinely lost.
How long does a refund take?
Your refund is processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the returned item. It goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, unless you ask us to hold it as credit for a future order.
What can stop a return being accepted?
Three things. The purchase has to be within the last 15 days, the product has to be in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or order confirmation from this website. We also cannot take back anything bought from a third-party retailer.
